- Select a tool to open the processor

Inside Document Studio
PDF tools are also available directly within the Document Studio:
- Open Documents → Studio
- Use the Transform menu for quick access to merge, split, compress, watermark, encrypt, rotate, crop, and redact
- Use the AI menu for summarize, extract clauses, detect risks, translate, and more
- Results appear in the integrated tool panel
File Security
- Files are encrypted during upload and processing
- Processed files are automatically deleted after 1 hour
- No files are stored permanently on ZiaSign servers for tool processing
- All processing runs on secure, isolated infrastructure
