- Download and open the app
- Sign in with your ZiaSign account (email OTP verification, Google SSO, or Microsoft SSO — Apple Sign In also available on iOS)
- Your dashboard syncs automatically with the web version
Key Features
Sign Documents Anywhere
Receive signing requests on your phone and complete them instantly:
- Tap the notification or open the document from your inbox
- Review the document — pinch to zoom, swipe to navigate pages
- Tap each field to fill — draw your signature with your finger
- Tap Finish to complete
Scan & Upload
Use your phone's camera to digitize paper documents:
- Tap New Document → Scan
- Point your camera at the document
- The app auto-detects edges and corrects perspective
- Review the scan, then tap Use This Scan
- Add fields and signers as usual
Pro tip: The scanner works in batch mode — keep scanning pages to create a multi-page document.

Is the mobile app free?
Yes. The ZiaSign mobile app is free to download and use with your existing ZiaSign account. Your plan features and limits apply across web and mobile.
Can I sign documents offline?
The app caches recently viewed documents for quick access, but signing requires an active internet connection for signatures to be recorded and validated.
Does the app support biometric authentication?
Biometric authentication is not currently available but is planned for a future release.
